The Facts Speak For Themselves ~ Gypsy Rose & Nicholas' TRIAL and AFTERMATH

The news that Gypsy-Rose was found safe was a relief to their friends in Springfield. Little did people knpw that Gypsy and Nicholas were being held on one million dollar bond and were going to be extradicted to Springfield to face the courts. Unfortunately for Gypsy Rose Blanchard, her secrets and lies were exposed by the media.

It was actually Greene County Sheriff, Jim Arnott who attempted to warn the public, stating, "things are not always what they appear". The  truth of the Blanchards' lives was that it seemed Gypsy had never been sick nor wheelchair bound. Dee Dee Blanchard forced her to do it and if she didn't obey; she faced physical abuse.

Greene County Sheriff, Jim Arnott urged people not to donate money to the family until investigators learned the extent of the fraud. Over time it was confirmed that Gypsy Rose Blanchard did not have any of these conditions:

Muscular dystrophy
Leukemia
Sleep apnea
Allergy to sugar
Mental impairments
GERD
Visual impairments
Microcehpaly
Hearing impairments

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Nicholas Godejohn however endured a trial, where he was claimed to be the murderer and mastermind behind DeeDee Blanchard's murder. There was no denying that Gypsy was abused, but Nicholas was not, so there was very little sympathy for him. Therefore, Gypsy didn't even have to testify in his court proceedings.

The trial lasted four days with the jury having to decide if he was guilty of one of three murder charges: involuntary manslaughter, second-degree or first-degree murderor not guilty. After approximately two hours of deliberation, they returned with the verdict: guilty of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. In February 2019, he was sentenced to life in prison for the murder conviction, the only possible option since prosecutors had declined to seek the death penalty.

Nicholas pled with Judge David Jones for some leniency on the armed criminal action charge, which is a minimum sentence of three years, saying that he had fallen "blindly in love" with Gypsy. He received a sentence of 25 years on that charge, which is concurrent with the life sentence was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison, and an additional 25 years for armed criminal action.

I usually conclude these cases here... but this one has irked me sooo much, I feel I need to write about my thoughts on all of this...

Now, as I have stated before, Gypsy knew from the time she was 7 that she didn't need a wheelchair, nor did she need a feeding tube... or pretty much everything else her mother told her she had; but let's face it, her mother was also suffering from mental health.

Gypsy was of VERY soundmind when she planned and extradited her mother's execution. She got involved with a man, who had his own mental health issues, and manipulated him with sex and a promise of a future "IF HE'D JUST DO THIS FOR HER!!!". I don't understand how a woman like her is allowed to simply walk free after murdering her own mother.

Yes, I know your all screaming that she was very abused... well let me tell you something... MANY of us have been abused in various ways; and we don't kill the parent or parents who did it, do we??? So why is this an excuse for Gypsy??? She should have gotten the same sentence as Nicholas Godejohn. I will not apologize for my view on this. They say she suffered from Munchausen by proxy, but she didn't really suffer, since she went along with the ploy to keep the money flowing. I do not have any sympathy for her at all.

No one in Dee Dee's family mourned her, they say she got what she deserved. This same family says this about Gypsy...

Gypsy exhibits the same sociopathic manipulative behaviors as her mother, who was for much of her life her only role model. She clearly is suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and already psychologically really compromised.

I, 100% agree that she needs psychiatric help. She shouldn't have been released into society yet. C'mon, we all read that the first thing she wanted to do was meet Taylor Swift, by any means possible... going to KC Chiefs football games or concerts until Taylor Swift acknowledges her, and meets with her. How about the second she had a chance she tried to get into contact with Kim Kardashian West to partner with her on the Innocence Project Kim created???

Everything about this woman makes me want to shout out to the world... she's going to reoffend. She has not even attempted to rehabilitate herself nor reacquaint herself with society.

Now don't get it twisted, I DO believe people who truly want to rehabilitate can do it. They are remorseful for their actions and take accountability... not here!!!! Society is eating up her "woe is me" bullshit, and frankly, it is tiring.

She married a man while she was in prison in 2022, and after only being out for 3 months, she has already split from him, citing she fears him... I am not buying it. Clearly she doesn't fear him enough to stay out of the public eye!!!

She literally went out last week and got a matching tattoo with one of her exes, and had a nose job done yesterday.... Am I the only one seeing this??? She's altering her looks... mark my words!!! She will be in the news again, and not for something stupid like a shopping trip...

Just Saying!!!
