Death Shift ~ The Tale of the Pediatric Murdering Nurse Genene Jones Part 2.

 

Genene Jones appears to have been caught red-handed, trying to cause harm, or even death to her tiny, innocent, young patients.

Genene Anne Jones is considered to be one of America's most prolific child serial killers. She is responsible for the deaths of up to 60 children, that were in her care when she was a LVN in the 70s and 80s. 

I am kind of surprised that it took this long for any kind of charges to come forward, especially since she had been quietly dismissed from Bexar County Hospital; under very shady circumstances as well. Hospital staff, as well as parents voiced their concerns, but it all fell on deaf ears. 

When Genene Jones left to go to another medical facility, it should have been the end of it, but things only got progressively worse when more and more children were dying with a nightmarish mattern, and at a high rate of speed. Nothing stopped this sinister, woman trying to play "God" until the day she hurt 8 more children, including killing a 15-month-old girl.

It wasn't until 1984 that Genene Anne Jones was convicted of murder and injury to a child. She, (like the Charles Cullen), was using injections of digoxin, heparin, and later succinylcholine to induce medical crises in her patients, causing numerous deaths. 

It is absolutely amazing how much people caught "lucky" breaks when it came to their criminal activities. I don't think anyone like this woman should deserve any kind of mercy; but how is it that soemone like her catches such a break???

The only reason we don't know the exact number of victims is because first, hospital officials had allegedly misplaced, or lost the records; then destroyed any records of Genene Jones' activities within their hospital grounds, so they could avoid any further prosecution or suits.
