John Eisenman Case ~ Hero Father or Methodical Murderer CONCLUSION

To conclude this case, we know now that John Eisenman has openly admitted to law enforcement officers that he killed his daughter, Ashley's 19-yr-old boyfriend, Andrew Sorensen because he had sold his underage girlfriend to a sex trafficking ring for $1000.00.

John had been arrested and charged with first degree murder, a planned and deliberate act on John's part.

Brenda Kross and John Eisenman had the attention of the nation and world-wide through the internet, when his story spread like wildfire. The heroic father, who rescued his underage daughter from a forced prostitution ring; one that her adult boyfriend sold her to. It was very hard for the Sorensen family to be heard through the loud cries of injustice for the hero dad...

The Sorensen family had valid claims that Andrew was not capable of doing such things because of his own physical and mental diabilities.

See, what a lot of people did not know at the time, Andrew had celebral palsy and autism. His family feels this made it impossible for him to commit such heinous crimes.

It's a terrible tragedy if this young man was murdered for something he may not have done, and a father is now in prison for getting (unnecessary) vengeance. I am going to reserve judgment on this particular case, until it has gone to trial and all the facts are presented.

What do you think??? I am on the fence. I have seen my fair share of cases where the guilty has disabilitiesw, and some of them are quite severe. Thoughts???

To this day, there has been no closure on this case. John Eisenman sits in jail waiting to see if there is a way for him to get $1 million for his bail; then he is in the battle of his life, as you have read, this case is complicated. There are various versions of the story floating around; as a father, he reacted as any father would. His daughter told him she was sold ~ sex for drugs.

She DID tell the police this, but she never was specific if the "man" was actually Andrew or not. But who knows what is accurate these days, because she also told police she had been homeless in Seattle for 3 weeks when she had only  been gone for a few days. It was also revealed that Andrew, Ashley and 2 of their friends who were on the roadtrip to Seattle from Spokane, were all high on meth; this might explain a lot of the lapses in memory!!!

I am glad she survived the ordeal, I hope she continues to heal from the PTSD and trauma, that may take a lifetime to heal from; but just from reading all about this case, she's got a great support system. Parents who clearly love her beyond anything... that's the key to her not just surviving, but also thriving!!!

May both these families be able to find some peace, or at least some answers. I am going to play devil's advocate here for a moment. I am seeing both sides here. As a parent, if my child, or any child told me they had been forced to perform or were abused... I'd take action; but experience has also taught me to keep an open mind.

People, including children can, and have, lied about this kind of thing. I am not saying Ashley is lying about what happened to her, imagine though, if she was.... those lies have destroyed numerous lives, including the one that got snuffed out.

When it comes to a situation like that, I think the one who caused the reaction (of someone killing another because they were protecting a child (a lie) essentially); should be held accountable for what they said and how the dominoes fell because of it. But that is just my two cents!!!
