John Eisenman Case ~ Hero Father or Methodical Murderer Part 2
What would cause a father with no criminal past, no black marks on his record, whatsoever, commit one of the ultimate crimes (according to society)???
John Brooks Eisenman and Brenda Kross had learned that their juvenile daughter had been abducted and sold to a sex trafficking ring, by none other than her very own boyfriend.
John took it upon himself to do the research and invesigating. He found where their daughter was, and he went to rescue her. Ashley was placed in the hospital, but what didn't happen will be detrimental to John's defense when this actually goes to trial!!!
A sexual assault kit was sent out, but no one performed it on Ashley when she was found ,so there was no "hard" evidence nor any proof of any actual sex trafficking violence being committed. (I blame the hospital and law enforcement here for their lack of doing their due diligence and collect any evidence at this time).
Along with not having any physical evidence from sexual abuse, there was not proof of any monies exchanged.Ashley's mental state was very muddled, with her having trouble recollecting a lot of what had happened; confusing events upon further questioning.
Even the FBI, who commonly do not comment on their investigations, had noted that they could not find any ties between Andrew Sorensen and any sex trafficking rings/cases.
So what exactly happened???
John Eisenman, like any parent who would see their child in the state Ashley was in, decided to take matters into his own hands.
In November of 2020, he borrowed his fiance, Brenda's car and drove out to meet Andrew Sorensen. He discovered that Andrew was going to be at this spot in Airway Heights; people presumed he went to exchange words with the young man, at least hear his side of the story but it is clear that John only had one thing on his mind... vengeance for his daughter!!!
In the meantime, Andrew Sorenson was reported missing by his family in November 2020. The body went undiscovered for almost a year. It is believed it was a neighbour, or friend of John Eisenman who tipped off the police, saying that John had admitted to finding Andrew Sorensen and he had killed him, hiding him in the trunk of his car.
The result of John meeting Andrew that fated night in November, ended as predicted... Andrew Sorensen dead in the trunk of the car. He had been bound and gagged.John was clearly blinded by his own rage as this was a "no mercy" killing. He hit Andrew with a cinderblock, and then stabbed him multiple times.
When Andrew Sorensen's body was discovered, it was in a car that sat abandoned for months. Those who found it said the body was covered in mold, and had been left on their property for months; they just believed it was stolen.
Soon, law enforment officials caught up with John Eisenman, who first claimed his fiance's car had been stolen; but he soon broke and confessed to what he had done to Andrew Sorensen, and the reasons why. At that point, John Eisenman was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, and with a planned and deliberate act.
To be continued...
