  As you have read thusfar, Joshua and Sandee Greenberg have been desperately fighting in the honour of their daughter, Ellen Rae Greenberg who was viciously murdered in her apartment. They have been commendably fighting the system to change the mysterious and outrageous ruling of her death being a suicide, to a homicide. I will begin with talking about three very important facts that prove Ellen did NOT kill herself, and no matter how the Philadelphia police try to claim differently, there is no denying the irrefutable proof... First, there have been proven beyond any reasonable doubt that there are three stab wounds were committed post-mortem. Her heart was no longer beating. Please explain how she was still able to stab herself once her heart stopped? One of the stab wounds hit her spinal cord cutting the dura mater ( a thick membrane made of dense irregular connective tissue that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.   We left off with the Philadelphia Police Department pressing the (Coroner), Assistant Philadelphia Medical Examiner Marlon Osbourne initially ruled her death a homicide, but changed it to suicide after a meeting with police and prosecutors ... but WHY??? As I had previously mentioned, the State's Attorney General, Josh Shapiro was actively involved in this case... not just involved; but controversially involved to the point that when he was confronted with evidence contradicting the ruling of homicide; he doubled down on the ruling of suicide and blocked any attempt Ellen Rae Greenberg's parents, Joshua and Sandee Greenberg from having the case reinvestigated.  (I can only say he sort of got his karma for this decision when he was looking like one of the top choices to be the running mate of Kamala Harris, and possibly the new Vice President of the USA; but this very case made her pick Minnesota Governor Tim Walz instead.... not that this is any sort of consulation to Ellen

On January 26, 2011, there was a major snow storm happening in Philadelphia, which caused Ellen Greenberg to come home from work early. What happened between her coming home and her fiance "breaking down" the front door in late afternoon??? According to police reports, her body  was discovered by her fiancé, Samuel Goldberg, who had just come home from the gym. He claims the apartment's deadbolt was on and in order to access the apartment he tried kicking in the door for over an hour before he succeeded . Goldberg at that point, upon discovering Ellen Rae Greenberg's body, called 911. I have hummed and hawed over this case for a while because it is sooooo intense and so utterly insane, that I wasn't even sure if I could even put it down into words without screaming out my own personally feelings to all those involved. I want to talk about our victim on this case; her name is Ellen Rae Greenberg, she was born on June 23,1983 in New York City to Joshua and Sandee Greenberg.  She was their only child. Ellen definitely was a Daddy's girl; going to many sporting events, especially softball games. Ellen went on to earn a degree in communications from Penn State University; following that up with getting her teaching credentials from Temple University.
